PPI Founder Deb Great in cooperation with the HKPP Listserv conducted and published surveys of Periodic Paralysis patients. These surveys helped to expand knowledge and drive research in many areas. The survey regarding pain in Periodic Paralysis is just one example, as it was widely believed that the PPs were painless disorders. This survey was followed within months by another survey conducted and published by a well-known PP researcher, leading to credibility towards patients reporting pain. With your help, we can continue using this great resource tool.

Leave a lasting legacy with  Charitable Gift Annuities, Beneficiary Designations, Living Wills and Trusts.

Beneficiary Designations
By specifying the Periodic Paralysis International as the primary or secondary beneficiary for your life insurance policy, 401(K), or IRA, you can provide crucial support to our cause.

Living Wills and Trusts
Gifts made as part of a Will or Trust are one of the most popular and flexible ways to support a cause that’s important to you and your family. A bequest can be made in a lump sum amount, a percentage or remainder of an estate, or a gift of stocks or other assets.

Charitable Gift Annuities
Extend your support to Periodic Paralysis International while benefiting from a tax deduction and a stable stream of income by making a gift of annuity. This can be done in the form of cash or stock. Payments depend upon age at the time of donation.

We would be honored and welcome the opportunity to help you plan a legacy gift. Please fill out the form or contact our Legacy Volunteer at: 555-555-5555

Employer Gift Giving: When you double a donation, it doubles the impact. Check with your employer to see if they will match your donation to the PPI.

Payroll Deduction: A donation that is automatically deducted from your paycheck is simple and budget friendly. You can spread your pledge to PPI over the course of the year without writing a check or providing credit card information. Every employer is different, but here are the basics:

  • Choose from a recurring or one-time payroll deduction
  • There are no extra fees
  • Your donation is 100% tax-deductible
